Contract Dates: All contract rates listed on this page are for the entire academic year – both Fall & Spring semester, including the following dates: August 25, 2024 – December 14, 2024 and January 12, 2025 – May 10, 2025.
Fees:
• $50 non-refundable Housing application fee
• $80 per semester Housing Technology Access Fee assessed at the start of each semester.
Meal Plans: Residents living in all residence halls except MRH, SSR, and TBH are required to select a meal plan. Meal plan information related to the 2024-2025 Academic Year will be updated soon. Meal plan rates shown on this page represent the base required meal plan.
