The Academic and Residential Complex
Introduction
Offering private room or shared (2-person) bedrooms in traditional and semi-suite style accommodations, this residence hall is connected to advanced integrated multimedia lectern classrooms. Within the residential component, approximately 16,000 square feet features a fitness center, multiple social and/or gaming lounges, study lounges on each floor, laundry facilities, offices, and a tenth-floor sky lounge. The Academic & Residential Complex is LEED Gold certified by the US Green Building Council. Traditional units share community bathrooms and semi-suite style units provide an in-unit bathroom. Conveniently located near Student Center East, Taylor Street restaurants, and all east campus resources.
Each room is equipped with a twin bed, desk, and chair for each participant. Wheelchair accessible rooms are also available upon request.

- Semi-suite units have private bathrooms in their unit, shared only with other residents of that unit

Guests staying in the Academic and Residential Complex (ARC) should arrive at the ARC’s Campus Housing front desk to check in and check out.

Individual rooms are cleaned before a group’s arrival. It is the responsibility of all conference guests to keep the units cleaned. However, our housekeeping staff performs daily cleaning of public areas and community bathrooms
