Lovey has worked in Residence Life for 17 years at various institutions. Her primary focus has been on Training, Recruitment/Selection, Development and Supervision. Lovey has been known to call Recruitment and Selection “The Super Bowl” of Residence Life as this is our time to bring the best recruits to the field, cheer our residents on to victory and leave a legacy of excellence for those coming in after them. Lovey is an active member of the Great Lakes Association of Housing and University officers (GLACUHO) and currently serves as the Conference Host Chair for the 2024 annual conference.
